It had a firm/Medium mattress, good pillows. The Bath had no shower holder on the wall, only a hand held. Good size room. Breakfast was a small Buffet. Easy tram ride into old town, about 20min. Had a great Pub just nearby for excellent traditional food. Friendly staff.

The room was lovely until I walked in to the bathroom. There was black all around the shower.. it was disgusting. Almost didn't shower. Asked for different room, none available. Asked for discount but it was up to owner. Never saw or even heard from owner. Went through Travelocity and the hotel told Travelocity. They would not give me any kind of credit. Bleach would have cleaned it for .

Honestly, we were not sure what to expect considering the relatively low price of the hotel. When we arrived, we were impressed from the first moment. We left the car in the free parking lot, checked in quickly and went to the enormous room with a bathroom the size of my childhood bedroom! The hotel is not located in the center of the city but the tram is right outside so getting to the center is easy. However, we were really just there to sleep during a stop on a long drive. To that end, the hotel was perfect. The beds were so comfortable, I slept better than I do at home (according to my smart watch). The shower had great pressure and although we didn't use it, the room had a jet tub. I noticed a few reviews with complaints about the breakfast. I don't know if they were at the same hotel. This was a super upscale breakfast that was so good, it shocked us. The hot and cold options were excellent. The variety was really impressive. Everything was fresh and delicious. We were actually sad to leave but we had to get on the road. We will absolutely stay here again when we are in Zagreb

Nice hotel 20 away (by car/public transport) from city centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good however coffee could be much better. There is a parking available free of charge and seemed that reservation was not necessary.

We stayed here just over night but we were very comfortable. The room only had two real negetives; no tea kettle in room and the shower windows weren't private. The shower windows had plantation type shutters that were stationary and anyone on the patio below could see right onto the shower and there was no way to block the view. We happened to be staying here during the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus so the breakfast was above average. Someone, I assumed the owner, waited on us and made us omlets, fresh cut fruit, and cold cuts. Very good breakfast experience. If the shower was private I would stay here again.
